1. Thorough research on the current job market, ensuring the qualifications we design are built to reflect the skills and knowledge employers’ need.
2. Consultations with key stakeholders before offering qualifications. Our stakeholders are:
a. Employers
b. Recruitment consultants
c. Education providers
d. Potential learners
e. Sector skills bodies and experts
3. Annual Quality and Enhancement Review (QER). This week long continuous improvement internal event takes place every year to ensure our qualifications are fit for purpose and market leading.
